1976

Nationbond Enterprise was started in 1976 by Mr. Stephen Fung and his partner, then later sole owned by Stephen. In the beginning, we were a small Trade Exporting company, specialized in Bamboo Furniture from Philippine, Household Furniture, Marble Textile & Clothing from China to North America and Europe.  

1990s 

Since 1990s, Nationbond has been operate by the concept of Industrial Supplier for our customers.   We have been Manufacturing and Exporting OEM products to brand names in North America and South America. We have developed management systems of manufacturing that will provide consistent quality standard for all of our products. Currently, we are running at 99.95% usability for our products.

2002

Increasing needs to growth with the business environment, Nationbond have start our Production Manufacturing Plant in Guangdong, Foshan.  It was started as a Metal Fabrication, Coating and Assembly Factory.  

2012

Due to local zone restructuring, Nationbond has to move our factory to a new location.  New Factory facility was build as per our updated production requirement.  Started Production in 2012.  

Today, the company had expanded into multiple teams of staffs in Hong Kong Main Office & Full capability ISO certified Manufacturing plant in Foshan China.

There are two segments of operation:

1. OEM Industrial Supplier
2. Direct Import (DI) Manufacturer

As an OEM Industrial Supplier, we do understand the needs to have standardized components.  So, upon placement of our component onto our customer’s Assembly line, the fit, form & function (FFF) would be align with all of the other components on the same line. It would not cause down time due to quality issue by our part. We have adapted in High Precision manufacturing method, which consist of making accurate mold and tooling. Also, we have placed multiple quality checking station on all process so any quality issue would be flagged and taken care before it continues into the next steps.

As a Direct Import (DI) Manufacturer, we do understand the necessary of being most competitive in the market place and being able to provide consistent quality to our end user. We have apply the same quality system from OEM Industrial Supplier.  Also, we are a Responsible Manufacturer, meaning that we would need to comply with all Government levels of Fire Safety, Labor Safety, Environmental Safety, & CT-PAT Laws. Yearly, we have been certified by Independent 3^rd Party auditors. Plus, making improvement to our facility and staff so we would be continually being competitive for our customer.

Our success are build from the leadership by our founder/owner Stephen Fung and implementation by our management team.   

Our main office is located in Hong Kong, where communication and customer service are immediate and up-to-date by our team of 10 staffs.  Product Management services are also handle by our Hong Kong Developing Teams.  Plus, organization of shipment and all logistic query are managed in this office.      

At Foshan Nanhai, China, we have our own Manufacturing Plant, with over 280,000 Sq. ft and over 400 staff and worker.  Our manufacturing facility is fully capable of manufacturing from raw materials to finished goods.
